PA Senate Education Committee Advances SB 1014 to Senate Floor

On December 10, Education Committee Chair Senator Lynda Schlegel Culver (R-27) led the committee in a unanimous vote to advance the bell-to-bell phone-free schools bill, SB 1014, out of committee. The full Senate is expected to take up the legislation in early 2026.
